Carin grew up in Toledo, Ohio, and relocated to North Carolina in 2009. She holds a BA in Psychology from Miami University in Oxford, Ohio and went on to experience many diverse career backgrounds prior to transitioning into real estate. Previously, she assumed the positions of both a clothing buyer at the corporate offices of Kohl’s Department Stores and, more recently, in event planning for Continuing Medical Education meetings.
As someone who moved several times throughout the Midwest before relocating to North Carolina, Carin has firsthand knowledge of the needs and challenges of relocating a family – both in and out of state. She currently lives with her husband, Chris, in the Five Points area of Raleigh where they are on the verge of becoming empty nesters. Their 3 children are currently enrolled at Appalachian State University in Boone, NC, The University of South Carolina in Columbia, SC, and their youngest is attending The University of Mississippi in Oxford, MS.
Carin and her family are all big sports fans, and you can find them on most weekends cheering on the Green Bay Packers or the Carolina Hurricanes on their back porch. They are parishioners of Our Lady of Lourdes Catholic Church in Raleigh, and Carin has recently served on the Chi Omega Sorority House Corporation Board at NC State University.
