I can't say enough positive about Mary Kathryn. Like most people, I'm not fond of the significant commitment required to sell your home, but I'll have to say in the case of this last transaction, it was worth every penny, (at least to Mary Kathryn as my selling agent). She also probably earned more, dealing with a very difficult buyer's agent. She listed our house significantly higher than the other agents we interviewed, had a contract within a week, and successfully navigated the way throughout the transaction. She's also worked with me as a buyer's agent on a land transaction, which has a much smaller commission, but her effort is just as professional and helpful as it was on the sale of our much more expensive home.
